What am I paying for?

A refundable £500 deposit that reserves your place in the queue for Asendify Outbound Enterprise (done-for-you cold email: inboxes, domains, copy, lead lists and campaign management), currently at full capacity. Self-serve plans at outbound.asendify.co are unaffected; fees are on asendify.co/policies. Nothing beyond the deposit is charged until you agree an amount in writing.

Is the deposit really refundable?

Yes. Email us with your order ID at any time before we offer you a place and we refund the full £500 (or the rupee amount you paid) within 5 working days, to the same payment method. If we offer you a place and you decline, we refund it too.

What happens when a place opens?

Manthan emails you with the start date, the price and the agreement. Nothing further is charged until you have said yes in writing to that exact amount.

Does the deposit count towards the price?

Yes. When you join, the £500 comes off your first invoice.

How do I know a payment request is really from you?
